Fall 2026 Main Stage Production:
The Tempest by William Shakespeare!

adapted by Bree Beal

A powerful storm is brewing, a ship is caught at sea, and a group of travelers is about to find themselves stranded on an enchanted island. There, they will encounter spirits, magic, secrets, and a powerful sorcerer named Prospero—who has been waiting years for the perfect moment to set his plan in motion.

BEAT Children’s Theatre invites you to step into the magical world of William Shakespeare’s The Tempest, where adventure awaits around every corner, the natural world seems to come alive, and nothing is quite what it seems.

Bree Beal’s adaptation brings Shakespeare’s classic story to life in a way that is accessible and engaging for young audiences and families. With humor, heart, adventure, and plenty of magic, The Tempest invites audiences to discover that Shakespeare’s stories can be fun, exciting, and surprisingly relatable—and that sometimes the greatest magic is learning to let go and begin again.

Performances run November 6–15 at Open Space Event Studios. The show runs approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.

Whether Shakespeare is a familiar favorite or The Tempest is your first introduction to The Bard, this production offers an engaging way for audiences of all ages to experience one of his most magical plays.

Tickets and additional information are available HERE.

Come see what happens when magic, adventure, and Shakespeare collide.
