New-York based Tesla Quartet Makes Debut Performance in Bend! Best-selling event includes a rose and treat from Goody’s Chocolates!
High Desert Chamber Music’s award-winning Concert Series continues on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 7:30pm with a special Valentine’s Day performance. The program features works inspired by love and romance, and concert-goers will receive a rose and treat from Goody’s Chocolates. This concert is brought to you by German Master Tech with support from the Tower Theatre Foundation and will take place at the Tower Theatre.
Praised by the International Review of Music for their “superb capacity to find the inner heart of everything they play, regardless of era, style, or technical demand,” the Tesla Quartet will present a romantic program perfect for the occasion.
The quartet performs regularly across North America and Europe and has built upon years of early success at numerous competitions including multiple top prizes at the prestigious Banff International String Quartet Competition, International Joseph Haydn Chamber Music Competition, and Wigmore Hall London International String Quartet Competition. The group originally formed at The Juilliard School in 2008 and quickly established itself as one of the most promising young ensembles in New York.
Tickets are available through HDCM online, by phone, or in person at their office in Downtown Bend.
